We are a 193-acre wildlife preserve and environmental education center. What a great place for a camp! The land is diverse - with a mountain, forests, meadows, wildlife, gardens, a stream, a pond, and wetlands, providing wonderful opportunities for outdoor fun, discovery and adventure!

Pratt Nature Center Summer Camp is a coed day camp for young people ages 4-14. Counselor-in-training (CIT) opportunities exist for teens from 15-16 years of age.
Each camp day is filled with a wide variety of activities: hikes, outdoor exploration, games, crafts, songs and special events. There are special guest presenters, theme days and all-camp events; blending great camp traditions with exciting new offerings. Each week offers a new mix of activities providing variety for those youngsters wishing to attend for the entire summer.

Our experienced counselors are young adults who have been selected for their special talents and experience. They are enthusiastic, creative and, most important, enjoy working with children.

We strive to provide a safe, positive and exciting atmosphere in which young people can learn to appreciate and enjoy nature. Activities are designed to be inclusive, non-competitive and encourage respect for others, oneself and the environment.
